The Challenge
Carrot-Sun came to TipTop doing around $500/day. After reaching $50K/month under our management, they decided to bring the account in-house. Months later both US and Canada marketplaces were suspended over business information verification. A different agency spent three months filing appeals that Amazon rejected every time. Every month lost was another $50K gone.
Our Approach
We ran two distinct phases with this brand. Phase one was the growth rebuild: listing overhaul, PPC restructure, inventory planning, and account health protocols that took them from $500 daily to $50K monthly on Amazon US and Canada. Phase two, after the client returned post-suspension, was a root-cause audit that uncovered the real issue the prior agency missed: the business information on file did not match government entity records. We corrected the corporate filings at the government level first, then submitted a fresh appeal tied to the clean records. Both stores were reinstated.

The Challenge
Every FBA shipment hit issues at Amazon receiving until Amazon eventually pulled the brand from FBA entirely. Separately, Amazon flagged the listings as medical products because the founder had used therapeutic claim language across titles, bullets, and A+ Content. Listings were blocked, sales stopped, and the same content issue carried over to the brand's TikTok Shop.
Our Approach
Built a streamlined FBA preparation pipeline so every shipment arrives compliant: standardized barcodes, shipping label protocols, and pre-inbound QC. Then rewrote the entire Amazon catalog, titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, scrubbing medical claims while preserving the brand narrative. Replicated the content rewrite on TikTok Shop so the fix held across both channels.

The Challenge
Client arrived asking for a website rebuild for the backgammon community they were serving. Discovery made it clear the underlying business was no longer a content site. It needed to be a platform: forums, tournaments, streaming, clubs, real play. A marketing page could not support that.
Our Approach
Rebuilt the product from scratch as a full community platform. Forums for discussion, real-time online tournaments, streaming infrastructure for live gameplay, clubs and private rooms, an education system for skill development, and a full gameplay engine. Deployed under app.backgammonconnection.com as a stand-alone product, with the original marketing site still pointing traffic in.
